With the taxi butler button on our concierge desk on the Ground Floor, you can call a taxi for your purchases quickly and without the need for a phone. We can deliver purchases of EUR 500 or more for free to your desired address in Munich.

Taxi Butler at Oberpollinger

Our idea of a successful purchase from start to finish: first, shop and then hand your purchases to our taxi butler. With Oberpollinger’s taxi butler, your purchases are taken to your home, hotel or another destination of your choice in Munich. The taxi butler is free of charge for purchases over EUR 500.

This is how to find the taxi butler button: the “taxi butler” button is located on our concierge desk on the Ground Floor and contacts our in-house taxi without the need to make a call and without any waiting around. As soon as the automated message reaches the taxi butler, the taxi service chauffeurs your purchases to the destination of your choice. The taxi butler can also transport people on request. Alternatively, you can also make use of our free chauffeur and limousine service – on request at our customer services department on the Fourth Floor.

To order the Taxi Butler:

1. 1. Go to Oberpollinger’s concierge service on the Ground Floor.
2. 2. Here, you will find the “taxi butler” service; press it for a second or two.
3. 3. Our in-house taxi service will then take your purchases by car to the destination of your choice.
