- Target group: Sales assistants and former high-flying trainees, senior colleagues with the potential to become assistant department managers (assistant in Sales department) and staff from admin divisions working towards a junior manager position
- Objective: gradual preparation for the position of an assistant in Sales and, thereby, management responsibility, professional and personal development, development of a Group-wide network
- Content: Management and coaching, customer orientation, staff orientation, business administration for managers, labour law, familiarisation with the relevant interfaces of a department store with head office (e.g. Buying, Marketing, Store Design)
- Duration: around 18 months
